A Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
- Have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
- Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Benefits
Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
Pay
$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Schedule
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
