About the role

As a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time), you’ll support store operations during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences. This role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to jump in when it matters most—evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (our "fans").

• Create unforgettable shopping moments by leveraging excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Engage authentically to craft loyal fans and build lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand experience.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other assigned duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

• Flexible hours ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable availability to support high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Pay

$14.10–$17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
