The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with fans through exceptional product knowledge and brand loyalty.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments by showcasing excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, balancing availability during peak times.
- Support store operations by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
