Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience to customers, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage fans.
• Build genuine connections with customers, sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, balancing periods with few or no scheduled hours with increased availability during peak times.
• Support store operations by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Passion for jewelry and fashion.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Product knowledge and ability to inspire customers to style their jewelry.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
