The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
Responsibilities
- Build a genuine connection with our fans by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience that exceeds expectations by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Support the store during high-traffic periods, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
