Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About The Role

The Flex Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit your lifestyle. You’ll jump in during peak hours—evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. This role requires the completion of an assessment, which will be emailed to you upon submission of your application.

Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. Flex Sales Associates work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers ("fans").
• Embrace and embody the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions to craft loyal fans.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Pay

NJ: $15.92 per hour - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
