The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during peak hours.
- Build genuine connections with customers, inspiring them to style their jewelry and share their stories.
- Share product knowledge and build brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Support the team by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
Results-oriented seller with a developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
Skills
Excellent product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.

Pay
$12.00 - $15.00 commensurate with experience
Schedule
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the option to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
