The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers to style their jewelry.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Support store operations by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

• Can demonstrate a results-oriented selling approach.
• Have developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.

Pay

$14.10 - $17.60 commensurate with experience

Schedule

Flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
