Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About the role

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
• Jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills.
• Show a developed sense of Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible Schedule available, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Benefits

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
