About the role
The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during peak hours.
- Build genuine connections with customers, inspiring them to style their jewelry and share their stories.
- Share product knowledge and build brand loyalty.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Support the team during high-traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
- Results-oriented and able to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care in interactions.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working flexible schedules that may include standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Timely arrival to work is required.
Benefits

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
