The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations during peak hours.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to their loves.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

You can demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller with a developed sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal. You have the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
