Part Time Flex Sales Associate

As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll step in when it matters most—during peak hours—to deliver exceptional fan experiences and support store operations. You’ll share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and help exceed sales goals while building genuine connections that foster brand loyalty. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with varying schedules that include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with fewer scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Results-oriented seller with a proven track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills rooted in care and empathy.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Physical demands

• Comfortable with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable and able to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Schedule

• Flexible hours ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week during peak seasons.

Pay

• $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
