About the Team

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
• Build a genuine connection with our fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewellery.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Requirements

Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller. Have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal. Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.

Benefits

Compensation: $15.00 per hour - $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods.
