The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This role requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, balancing periods with few or no scheduled hours with increased availability during peak times.
• Support the team by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• A strong sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• The ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
