About the role

The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an incredible fan experience by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers to style their jewellery.
  • Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
  • Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
  • Jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Requirements

Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller. Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal. Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Benefits
