Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About the role
The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans. This role offers a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the option to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Support the team by stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
Results-oriented seller with a developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
Skills
Excellent product knowledge, ability to build brand loyalty, and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay
$12.00 - $15.00 commensurate with experience
