About The Team
The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to jump in during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
- Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule
- Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Pay
$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
