About the role

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
• Build a genuine connection with our fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.
• Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

• Can demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller.
• Have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.

Pay

$14.60 per hour - $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience
