About the role

The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations during peak hours.
  • Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.
  • Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
  • Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Requirements

  • Can demonstrate a results-oriented selling approach.
  • Have developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.

Skills

  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.60 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
