The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans. This role offers a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Work flexible schedules that vary with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Support the store during high-traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Requirements

• Results-oriented seller with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
