Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About the role

As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll step in when it matters most—during peak hours—to deliver exceptional fan experiences and support store operations. You’ll share product knowledge, inspire styling choices, and help customers express themselves through Pandora’s meaningful jewellery. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, offering flexible scheduling that balances lighter periods with increased availability during high-traffic times such as evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Results-oriented seller with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care and attentiveness.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Schedule

Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This role may require standing for extended periods, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work. Hours vary from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Reliable support is needed during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is required.

Pay

$16.90 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
