Job Description

Client Growth & Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships that drive long-term retention
  • Deliver personalized coaching experiences informed by Equifit and the EQX OS methodology, creating programs tailored to each client's individual needs, wants, and goals
  • Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
  • Grow your client base through exceptional coaching, relationship building, and proactive member engagement
  • Build a strong understanding of the Equinox ecosystem, confidently connecting clients with services that support their goals

Professional Development & Compliance

  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Equinox mission and values, creating the possibility for members and colleagues to maximize their potential through collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Deliver a high standard of coaching and service
  • Take ownership of personal business development
  • Maintain availability needed by club at point of hire

Qualifications

  • Current Personal Training certification
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position includes a base hourly rate of $17.00 per hour for all hours worked, plus incremental session premium pay of $40 - $50 per session for each client session delivered. Base and session premium rates are tiered based on coaching level. Total compensation will vary based on hours worked and number of sessions delivered.
