Responsibilities

  • Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
  • Support studio operations with client account support services
  • Participate in community events and wellness activations
  • Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment
  • Contribute to a positive culture

Requirements

  • Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
  • Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Coachable and open to structured training
  • Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based commission opportunities

Qualifications

  • Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Required: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, squatting, typing, speaking

Skills

  • Knowledge of the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM)
  • Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
  • Licensed in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
