Part Time Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory. In this role, you’ll work directly with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business in the Madison Heights, MI territory. You will report to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates
• Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products
• Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory
• Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future)

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20–$24 with incentives.
