Part-Time Family Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Family Assistant to help manage household tasks in South Austin near Garrison Park. This role requires a commitment of 6-8 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am and 12pm on any two weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Folding and putting away laundry
• Meal preparation and cooking 2-3 meals per week
• Light cleaning such as vacuuming and tidying
• Organizing
• Occasional errands
• Assistance in researching and creating lists, such as summer camps and travel activities

Requirements

• Good communicator
• Punctual
• Detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Year-long commitment starting in May 2026, with the option to extend for another year
