Responsibilities
- Teach an engaging course at the Law School exploring legal issues involved with Trusts and Wills, including in-depth analysis of regulations, and due-process requirements
- Develop a thirteen-week syllabus that covers essential topics within Trusts and Wills
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment conducive to critical thinking, discussion, and debate
- Shape a set of learning objectives that students will master by the end of the course
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Testamentary Planning or similar subject area
- Prior teaching experience preferred
Skills
The Law School is particularly interested in courses that combine both theory and current legal practice.
Benefits
The salary range for this job is $2,000-$15,000 per semester, dependent on the number of credits offered, experience, and practice area.
