Part-time Faculty Pool - Supervisor - K thru Twelve Education and Special Education (2026-2027)

About the role

Supervise K-12 education and special education programs. Manage curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with district goals.
• Evaluate teaching methods and provide feedback to improve instruction.
• Mentor teachers and support staff in best practices.
• Assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance educational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor educators.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal education standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with special education programming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
