PART TIME FACULTY POOL - LIBRARIAN
Assignment
This recruitment is for part-time (up to 67%) substitute, temporary, or hourly assignments on an as-needed basis. Part-Time faculty applications remain in the pool for one year.
Responsibilities
Teach at the community college level, at the main campus, online, and at off-campus sites located at Fort Irwin. Assignments are at the discretion of the District.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching at the community college level.
Qualifications
Master’s in library science, library and information science, OR the equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching at the community college level.
