Part-Time Faculty position at the Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Institute. Teach 1-3 classes in Criminal Justice (CJS courses) in-person at the Arnold campus, Glen Burnie Town Center, Arundel Mills, partnering high schools, or online (synchronous and asynchronous).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and reside in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned Criminal Justice courses
- Assess student progress in meeting learning objectives through formal and informal assessment
- Meet deadlines for submitting grades, attendance, and other required information
- Adhere to safety procedures and departmental standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or a similar field
- Experience in Criminal Justice relevant to CJS course offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the CANVAS learning management system
