Part-Time Faculty - CPD OSHA

About the role

Teaching OSHA - CPD related course work.

Responsibilities

• Teach OSHA‑CPD courses using various delivery methods.
• May require physical presence at an on‑site work location.
• Assignments may include evening and/or weekend classes.
• Courses may be taught at any campus or an external training site.
• Work on an “as needed” basis for the duration of the specified course.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in an appropriately relevant field.
• Five (5) years of industry experience; OR ten (10) years of industry experience in lieu of the education requirement; OR hold a licensure/certification or relevant experience that provides the competencies needed for the position’s essential duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching CPD‑OSHA coursework in higher education.
• Certification/licensure within the specific area of instructional responsibility is desirable and may be required in some cases.

Pay

Salary Grade: AH; salary is based on the Board‑approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.

Schedule

Part‑time faculty are hired on an “as needed” basis and work for the duration of the respective course; assignments may include evening and/or weekend classes.
