Part-time Facility Supervisor

About the role

The City of Florissant seeks a part-time Facility Supervisor to oversee recreational operations at its Civic and Community Centers.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and City codes.
• Assists with setting up room rentals at the Centers.
• Ensures patrons have a positive experience by responding to internal and external requests promptly.
• Maintains confidentiality and interacts professionally with staff and the public.
• Absents from work on time and as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer software proficiency.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
