About the role

Bergey’s Inc. is seeking an Administrator Assistant to assist in the sales process with regards to paperwork, compliance, and the complete finance process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance managers and sales managers to ensure all processes are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete knowledge regarding Vin Solutions
  • Able to start and complete Sales Process in Vin Solutions
  • Organize Rebate Package and Digitally scan package
  • Organize Compliance Package and Digitally scan package
  • Organize Deal Package and Digitally scan package
  • Utilize CDK as needed for inventory, sales, and finance
  • This will include adding inventory, deleting inventory, loading a deal, printing and any other duties assigned in CDK
  • Complete all Global Connect training and maintain 100% on training
  • Handle all notary and title issues for finance managers and sales managers
  • This will include obtaining necessary items directly from the customer and any other necessary processes
  • Process Title work on deals when necessary
  • File any deals that are returned to the dealership from accounting
  • Interact with customers when requested
  • Continue to obtain Finance Knowledge to grow within the department
  • Assist customers in F&I office and learn all F&I functions
  • To be able to cover time shifts in F&I and learn the job of an F&I manager
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Maintains a clean and professional work environment
  • Other tasks and duties as requested by the management team

Qualifications

  • Experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
