About the Role

Tuttle‑Click Mazda is seeking an Automotive Quick / Express Lane Technician to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level technicians who want steady work, professional training, and room to grow within a respected Mazda dealership.

Benefits & Compensation

• Paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements: Hourly compensation, production-based incentive compensation, retention-based incentive compensation
• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
• Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
• Schedule: Monday 7:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
• ASE certifications a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
