About the Role

You will be the public face of Renewal by Andersen, engaging homeowners at various events and retail locations in the Tri-Cities area. Your responsibilities include starting genuine conversations, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage the public by building rapport and starting real conversations with homeowners.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to identify homeowners who need their services.
• Schedule appointments for Design Consultants to close deals.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen as a professional ambassador.
• Manage event displays, including setting up and breaking down tables, signs, and tents.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly encouraged.
• Weekend availability (at least 3 shifts per month).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and comfort with setting up/breaking down displays.
