Part-time Event Setup & Maintenance Team Member (Saturday and Sunday)

About the role

We are looking for an Event Setup & Maintenance Team Member to join our team and play a key role in preparing our clubhouse and event spaces for weddings, banquets, meetings, and special events. In this hands-on position, you will help create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by ensuring the clubhouse, event spaces, and grounds are clean, safe, organized, and event ready.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of clubhouse, event spaces, and grounds
• Assist with moving and arranging furniture and décor as needed
• Help load and unload event supplies and equipment
• Monitor and replenish supplies for events
• Follow established procedures to ensure all areas are ready for events
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
