The Mission (What You’ll Actually Do)
- Event Engagement: Work directly at events and home shows to represent the brand.
- Customer Interaction: actively engage homeowners to start genuine conversations rather than waiting for them to approach you.
- Lead Generation: Qualify homeowner interest and set appointments for Design Consultants.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the front line for a premium national brand.
- Setup & Teardown: physically set up and break down event displays, which includes handling tables, signs, marketing materials, and canopy tents.
- Travel: drive to various event and retail locations across the local area using reliable transportation.
- Goal Achievement: Work toward meeting structured daily goals for appointment setting.
- Scheduling: Maintain availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month.
Must-Haves
- Weekend availability (requires at least 3 weekend shifts per month).
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
- A coachable, competitive mindset.
- Comfortable setting up and breaking down event displays (including tables and canopy tents).

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Must be at least 18 years of age
