About the role
As a Trash Valet (Valet Service Team Member), you play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and earning extra income with a part‑time evening schedule. Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider serving apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the country. Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
- Take and upload photos in our company app
- Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Reliable transportation – open‑bed pickup truck required
- Smartphone
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1‑2 hours

Schedule
Sunday‑Thursday evenings, start time 7 pm; shifts typically 1‑2 hours per night (about 5‑10 hours per week).
