Part Time Evening Receptionist

We’re the Patrick Dealer Group, one of Chicago’s largest automotive dealership groups representing nine different franchises! We carry domestic, import, and luxury franchises and nearly 1,000 used vehicles. The Patrick Dealer Group has been in business for over 100 years and strives to not only be the best in sales and profitability but also in customer satisfaction.

Schedule

• Part-time: 2-3 days a week in the evenings from 5pm - 8pm (Monday and Friday required)
• Every other Saturday: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard telephone system
• Provide basic information for general inquiries
• Assist the General Manager with clerical tasks
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and employees
• Process cash, check, and credit card payments
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and direct them to the appropriate person
• Must be reliable and a strong communicator

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
