About the role
The Part-time ESOL Instructor will provide instruction in English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
Responsibilities
- Teach English language skills to adult learners.
- Develop lesson plans and materials based on student needs and curriculum standards.
- Moderate classroom discussions and facilitate learning activities.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Valid Florida teaching certificate in ESOL.
- Experience teaching adults in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay
$25/hr
Schedule
Tuesday & Thursday 1pm - 4pm
