Provides counseling services to students in accordance with EOP&S/CARE guidelines.
- Assesses student needs and develops individualized plans for support.
- Conducts group sessions and workshops to promote campus-wide awareness and understanding of diversity issues.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
- Knowledge of EOP&S/CARE policies and procedures.
