Part-Time ENT

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a community health system in Minnesota, focusing on establishing and expanding a surgical ENT practice. Responsibilities include: providing comprehensive ENT care, performing full-scope surgical procedures, and growing the surgical volume, currently estimated at 10–15 procedures monthly. The role involves a part-time schedule of two days per week, with approximately 1.5 days dedicated to clinic and 0.5 day to surgery, Key features: no call, nights, or weekends; collaboration with an established ENT specialist in allergy and sleep medicine; modern clinic facilities; full support staff; and an immediate opportunity to build a busy surgical practice.
