About the role
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to establish and grow a surgical ENT program in a community health system. You will build a dedicated surgical practice with immediate volume, perform full-scope ENT procedures, and collaborate with an established ENT specialist in allergy and sleep medicine.
Schedule
- Approximately 1.5 clinic days per week
- 0.5 day per week for surgeries
- No call, nights, or weekends
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a dedicated surgical ENT practice with immediate patient volume
- Perform full-scope ENT procedures
- Collaborate with an established ENT specialist in allergy and sleep medicine
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Comfort with surgical procedures
- Interest in community-based practice growth
