Part-Time Enrollment Services Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Responding to admissions inquiries
• Scheduling advising appointments
• Utilizing the Banner system to access and manage student information
• Referring complex inquiries to appropriate Admissions/Enrollment staff
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of student records and information

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Customer service and/or Call Center experience

Qualifications

• General knowledge of college admissions and enrollment processes
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Familiarity with the Banner system
• Must not be employed in a college work-study position during the term of service
