Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs, focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment to support the success of all students. About the role

We are hiring Educators for programs at the following school districts:

  • Ladue School District, 63141
  • Brentwood School District, 63144
  • Webster Groves School District, 63119
  • Bayless School District, 63123
  • Hancock School District, 63125
  • Mehlville School District, 63125

Start date: August 2026 for the 2026-2027 Fall School year.

Schedule

Monday - Friday split shift: 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Hours may vary by school location.

Pay

$16 - $19 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, discuss professional progress, and encourage team collaboration and accountability.
  • Organize and facilitate daily activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
  • Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring the environment, addressing potential hazards, and following all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet Missouri state-specific requirements.
  • In-person First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Cleared tuberculosis test.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Proof of High School diploma or GED.

  • Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
