Position Details
- Location: Candidates should be open to working at any of the schools we partner with in the La Grange 105 School District. Please note, we cannot accommodate preferred school locations as our openings are based on the needs of our programs
- Program Hours: Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM-8:15 AM and 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, Wed: 2:00 PM-6:00 PM
- Program Duration: This position is through the 2025-2026 school year and follows the school district's calendar
Ideal Candidates
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 years of age in a childcare group type setting
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
Requirements
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 years of age in a childcare/school setting
- First Aid and CPR-in-person (if required-ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Cleared tuberculosis test (if required-ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Proof of MMR (if required can documentation can be provided)
- 18+ years of age
- Proof of High School diploma/GED required
