Educator
Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission-driven individuals passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children.
Program Hours
Monday-Friday 3:45pm to 6:00pm
Pay Rate
$15.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)
Leading by Example
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
Communication
Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
Ohio State Requirements
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements
- Cleared tuberculosis test
- Proof of MMR
