About the role

Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission-driven individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the mission by leading daily program meetings to review goals, updates, and professional progress.
  • Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with program objectives, ensuring they are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
  • Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
  • Communicate effectively with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (in-person).
  • Cleared tuberculosis test.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Proof of High School diploma or GED.

Pay

$16-19 per hour (dependent on education and experience).

Schedule

Monday-Friday split shift: 6AM-8:15AM and 3:15PM-6PM. Must be available to work both shifts.
