Part Time E-Commerce Product Fulfillment
About the role
REEDS Jewelers is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Processing internet orders including product identification, keying sales, packaging, and shipping
- Aiding in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging, and filing
- Aiding in the processing of exchanges and returns
- Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year jewelry, retail, and/or production experience recommended
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
- Goal-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast-paced work environment, and work as a team
- GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
