Part-Time Driver

Role Overview The Driver is responsible for providing freight solutions, ensuring safe and efficient supply chain operations. They coordinate work assignments, communicate work-related issues, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations by properly placarding trucks/trailers. Building positive relationships with customers is essential. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a Class C license (highly preferred is 5+ years)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Strong communication and adherence to safety protocols Key Responsibilities Ensure vehicles are properly placarded and compliantCoordinate with supervisors to meet customer needsReport equipment failures or work stoppages promptlyMaintain accurate trip logs and documentationFoster positive customer relationships
