About the role

We're hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and comfortable for residents.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps each service night
• Drive a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer to collect and transport waste to the on-site compactor
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
• Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during your shift
• No long-distance travel, bulk items, or off-site dumping
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed

Requirements

• Your own personal open-bed pickup truck (or vehicle with trailer)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• At least 18 years old
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
• Able to work independently and follow a consistent routine
• Physical requirements: lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk long distances, climb multiple flights of stairs, work around bagged trash and waste, work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Able to work in the U.S. (proof required)

Pay

• Truck Pay Rate: $21 per hour
• Helper Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule
